Integrated facilities management support

Jardak has invested in the latest integrated facilities management software called BigChange.

The clever, automated system gives our team greater control and transparency, while making every project more time and cost efficient.

BigChange contains a range of tools, including customer relationship management (CRM), job scheduling, live tracking and financial management. There is also a service delivery app allowing real-time reports when teams are on site.

This high level of integration means our customers have more control of their facilities management contract and can see how their maintenance budget is being spent.

Real-time reporting

The customer management portal in BigChange allows our clients to log job requests online, including any photos or videos to help us assess what is required.

Property departments or site managers are able to monitor progress, download KPIs and other data using the integrated reporting function.

Every task can be tracked from start to finish by customers who are able to supply comments. They can even provide instant feedback via a satisfaction survey.

Site managers can easily access their maintenance records and asset registers, including viewing and downloading compliance certificates.

The online dashboard is an efficient way for customers to monitor tasks in real-time, including any changes as they happen.

The easy to use BigChange portal has been developed so it can be customised to the individual requirements of site managers.

Users can log on to access a wide range of features, including work requests, progress monitoring and feedback comments. Financial metrics are also available, so site managers can quickly view and download their budgets and data.

The complexity of today’s buildings makes compliance a challenge, while property owners are under increasing pressure to comply with health and safety regulations.

This is why we use the ZetaSafe software, which offers real-time management and compliance analysis. The customisable platform manages water hygiene, legionella, fire safety and emergency lighting compliance.
